Physiatrist
Tin Tin Wynn, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R.
Tin Tin Wynn, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R.Tin Tin Wynn, MD, is a President & Medical Director of MMR. She is a board certified, experienced Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist, an Assistant Professor at Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York. She is also certified in Medical Acupuncture, trained in Stanford University, California.

A physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist (also known as physiatrist) is a physician with special expertise in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of musculo-skeleton system, orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation. This medical doctor employs a whole body approach that goes beyond the resolution of symptoms to include the prevention of recurrence.

The diagnostic tools are the same as those used by other physicians with an addition of special techniques like electromyography (EMG), and nerve conduction studies. These techniques help the physiatrist to diagnose conditions that cause pain, weakness and numbness. She also performs advanced pain management such as Cortisone injections, nerve blocks and peripheral joint injections.
Chiropractor
Paul C. Maselli, D.C.

Paul C. Maselli, D.C.Dr. Maselli received his doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls. He earned his bachelor of science in Biology from Saint Thomas Aquinas College in Rockland County, New York.

Dr. Maselli was first introduced to Chiropractic while in his junior year of high school. He was involved in varsity wrestling and suffered from asthma as well as the aches and pains associated with wrestling. Already on inhalers, he heard that Chiropractic may help with his asthma. He went to a chiropractor and began to notice he was breathing much easier and his aches and pains were gone. His chiropractic experience and his belief in natural healing led him to pursue a life in chiropractic.

While in Chiropractic school, Dr. Maselli worked as a personal trainer in a Bally’s fitness center. As a personal trainer, he worked with people one on one. He determined what the goals of each individual were and developed a diet and exercise program to meet their goals. He focused on proper stretching, weight lifting, and cardiovascular programs.

Dr. Maselli was also involved in sports chiropractic. He would work in sporting events and administer chiropractic care to athletes for sports injuries, injury prevention, as well as to enhance athletic performance.

Our physical therapists are knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics of the body. They use hands-on approach along with specific modalities such as heat and cold, ultra-sound, phonophoresis, and electrotherapies. They will provide manual therapy consists of myofascial release, soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, postural corrections, and muscle energy.







They will teach you proper stretching and strengthening exercises to eliminate muscle weaknesses and imbalances that might be aggravating your pain. They will show you kind and gentle ways to do movements like lifting and bending to improve your quality of life.
